Conscious Grief Series 3

Day 4 with Beth Segaloff

Beth Segaloff

Beth is on a mission to rebrand mental health! She has over 20 years experience as a social worker with over 15 of these years of experience in schools. Beth integrates therapy, yoga, and meditation as ways to support her clients 1:1, in groups, classes and workshop
The multi-layered approach Beth uses reflects the whole health concept that is essential to healing the past, exploring and learning ways to become present and creating vision and possibility.

Beth will support and guide you as you transform your story connected to challenge and struggle towards your story of self love and healing through a whole health perspective.

Beth’s own story and life experiences lead her to this work and sense of purpose. It has become clear that we cannot change our past however we can change our response and relationship to our stories and how we choose to live. This awareness comes from practice integrating the mind, body and spirit. This journey led Beth to stand more in power and wisdom than pain. It’s her calling to provide space to support others as they can become their own teacher and guide. Beth’s intention is to provide a safe space where you can give yourself permission to show up perfectly as you are. A place of connection and belonging where you will be seen and heard. Beth guides with compassion, authenticity, light and joy for clients of all ages.

Beth is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, EMDR Therapist, Reiki Master, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), and Breathwork Facilitator. She also holds yoga specialty certifications in Deep Play For Kids®, Let Your Yoga Dance®, and Grief Yoga® Beth is also a Certified Fire Walk instructor.
